Don't ever make use of Conti-Partner. Last week my wife took our vehicle to have a flat tyre repaired. When we got our car back we noticed on the invoice that they charged us for the repair and wheel balancing on the repaired back tyres. We did not ask or approve this service. We decided to leave it and pay.
The same day the car started to rattle when driving over 60. It never did this before the visit to Conti-Partner. So my wife took the car back to them. They said they did nothing to the vehicle but agreed to check it out. They apparently found the problem and claimed to have fixed it. After 3 visits to them the car is still rattling and they said we should rather get a second opinion. What a bunch of carefree.
Now we have to get our car sorted because the people that works at Conti Partner no nothing about making a customer happy.
