Please note that this has been going on since the 7 December 2012. I have given Mr Muscle all the info they needed and their consultant came out to my premises and tested that the Mr Muscle product does in actual fact strip the colour of the fridge. Please note that the product states it can be used on all surfaces in the kitchen.
I find it absolutely unacceptable that it should take Mr Muscle more than 2 months to finalise this issue. I find it absolutely shocking that Mr Muscle consultant come back to me after more than 2 months to ask me what the name of the fridge was. When i had given them all the details on the 7/12/2012 and on the day the technician came out
If Mr Muscle has produced a product that states it can be used on all surfaces in the kitchen, and the product is not suitable to do so as in my case it stripped the colour of my fridge. I would assume that Mr. Muscle would take responsibility for this. This has been proven to the consultant that came out to my premises where she tested if does strip the colour and it did.
I think it is appalling for Mr Muscle to play delaying tactics with me in order to sort this out thinking that I will go away and forget about it.
