Bad Service - Passing the buck - Never calling Bac

My husband passed away on the 09 December 2012 On the 10 December 2012 I contacted One plan and was put through to claims who told me to send them a death certificate which I did on the 11 December 2012. I waited a week and contacted them again and was told I need to send them a claim form. It took me 10 minutes to make them understand I need a claim form to send them. Eventually I received a claim form which I completeted and sent to a person by the name of Shonsani with all the supporting documentation that they requested. on the 03.01.2013 I evetually called again only to be told but she is on leave and cannot help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was busy and they would get him to call me. lo and behold I had to call again the next day as no one called me back. I called back and eventually got to speak to him He helped me with my problem and had the one part resolved. I have to be refunded my January 2013 premium but have not received it yet. Now I receive a SMS from ITC for a payment of R 200.00 which was paid on the 20 December 2012 plus interest. Now I once again have to wait for someone to phone me back from One Plan as there is no one to help me again.
