Purchased my 2L focus in Aug 2011 from Sean at Kempster Umgeni. This is my third focus hence specifically requested 2L as I did not want underpowered vehicle and also was upgrading. From day one this vehicle has problems, no power uphill, must roll back down and engage in no1 gear all the way, fuel consumption is no where near specs, permanent speaker vibration on low volume, noisy suspension and a host of other problems. Requested within 30 day return period to take vehicle back, but ford sa & dealer assured they will resolve. This vehicle has been in almost every month for more than a week at a time and through their trial error method have not managed to find a resolve to any of the problems. The entire suspension has been overhauled and now they just changed steering rack. Driver seat to be replaced. The ford rep has failed to keep every appointment made to inspect vehicle. Now I told I must accept vehicle with all defects as this is how vehicle is made. Requested they give me my old vehicle and they refused. No customer service as many complaints of my vehicle not being ready on time and no call advising delay. DP & Ford refused to resolve. WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.
