BAD SERVICE - PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

I hope you can assist me, I bought a brand new GPR250R from Big Boy Irene last year (16 Oct 2013) I paid cash, ever since I had numerous problems with the bike, first problem was the REV gauge, I took the bike back after 1 week to get this fixed, the manager told me I should drive the bike and that the problem will sort itself out after a while, I still have the same problem, second problem: ever since I had the bike there was something wrong with the clutch I took it back twice and every time they adjust it and then the clutch is fine for 2-3 days and then same problem. Third problem: The bushes on the rear swing arm is missing or damaged, this causes the back wheel swing arm to move side to side, I took the bike back last year for this, they said I need to bring in the bike another day as they need to order the parts and the bike must stay there for 1-2 days, I phoned Big Boy Irene on the 20th of December to make a booking for the 2nd of January to get all the problems sorted out, they said it is fine, when I got there the 2nd the shop was closed? Again I went back to them on the 7th to leave the bike there, I left the bike there the salesman said the bike will be do
