Worst service ever!

Before collecting my vehicle in August of 2013 I asked the salesman to sort out some scratches on the door, holes in one head rest and seat, electric mirrors, the squeaking brakes, the compass and temp gauges, missing back mud flaps and the service history log book. A week later nothing had been done. A week after that only the holes in the seats were sorted out. I sent the vehicle back four times over the space of a month with excuse after excuse why thing were taking so long. After that month, the only other things that were sorted out were the mirrors and scratches. I had to stop in at least three times a week, every week asking for my service book. I eventually received my service book two weeks back (October 28) but I had to stop in to see if it had arrived. I had to constantly follow up on the progress of my vehicle every few days, NOT ONCE did Lucas contact me to say if anything had been sorted out. As a consumer I had the right to demand quality service to which I did not get any! This whole process has made me feel like buying a second hand vehicle is a burden. I hope for myself and others never to receive this kind of service ever again.
