I took my vehicle to TWT in Melrose, to replace two tires and get a wheel alignment. Returning to the vehicle, I saw that the arm rest was not in the same location as it was when I left the vehicle. I checked the contents the items which were in the arm rest (4 x new spark plugs) were missing.

I asked the Sales guy about it, he brought the people who worked on my vehicle and questioned them about the missing items; they scoffed about it. I was told to bring a receipt for the items and that I would be reimbursed accordingly.

I left and noticed that the alignment was out (wrong). I called the Sales person when I arrived at my office, who promptly told me to return to the shop to fix the alignment.

I returned to the shop, they fixed the alignment. In doing so, the worker told me that the machine that it was done is, doesn't handle the size tire that is on my car and had to use the other (left) machine, which works correctly.

Regarding the, the Manager told me "I'm sorry, in the 8 months that I've been here, there have been no reports of. I was then told that my receipt was not acceptable. I must first go replace the items, then they would reimburse me. WASTED TIME!
