My son, Byron Vermaak, bought a Ford Fiesta 1.4, 2008 model, from CMH Kempster Auto, Umhlanga and took delivery on 11/06/13. Car was sold as "accident free"! Delivery was delayed for unknown reasons, numerous problems arose the moment he drove off from the dealership. He had car inspected and it was established that the car WAS indeed in a Left front impact accident. Car was taken back to dealer who repaired certain defects (which should have been done BEFORE delivery!), but emphatically denied that it was in any kind of accident. Matter reported to Ford Motor Corporation and National Consumer Commission as dealer refuses to comply with the Consumer Protection Act's requirements. A full refund is demanded as the vehicle is NOT in the state of repair as we were told at time of purchase. Car is STILL using a pint of oil at least once per month and continues to have numerous other problems.
