I purchased a vehicle from thebaove supplier on15th Septenber 2012, after driving my vehicle home i noticed a shudder when driving. I did bring it to the sales person attention as well as the fact that my CD player in the vehicle didnt work, he thereafter told me to take it to any Tiger wheel & tyre fitment centre & just get the wheel alignment done however when i had taken it to a tiger wheel & tyre the rep there told me that because i just had a set of mags put on i would still have a guarantee on the alignment & i should go back to where i had put the mags on. I therafter contacted Shaffie my sale rep from inpectacar & he told me he will get my car booked in. As i use my vehicle for work purposes i had to take a days leave to have this done. My vehicle was with the sales rep for a whole day & yet when i fetched my car & got home that afternoon i called him & told him the shudder is still there & its worst. he said he will get back to me on date as to when i should bring my car inn again, after numerous calls he asked me to bring it in again in November, i couldnt as i was out. December i had called him & he did say he was very busy. I JST WANT THIS SORTED OUT AS NOW HE SAYS HE CANT
