Broad daylight and worst service

I took my VW EOS vehicle to this branch, and my service manager was Stephanie. My car had a few problems to be fixed, and discussed with Stephanie that they must check and fix everything that needed to be fixed on the car including a service. From the worksheet and all the calls she made to confirm, the bill came up R15 364.00 which I was prepared to pay. instead of first showing me all the things that were replaced according to the quotation, she rushed to make me pay and only when the car was brought to me did I realise that they did not finish the job as per the agreement. i had to leave the vehicle and asked them to do what was agreed upon and what I paid for as per the receipt. A month later things started to surface and when I called the dealership again, I got the worst attitude of passing the buck from the senior manager by the name of Jacques. The one thing I have realised about the staff in this dealership is that they are good at pointin fingers to the customer before doing a thorough check of everything. i realised that all the things that I paid for as per the agreement were not done, and when I took the car back I was requoted to pay about R8000.00 more.
