Annoying recorded message while you wait

I called the call centre and this irritating woman keeps nagging "THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE, ALL OUR AGENTS ARE STILL BUSY..."no music, nothing... the fact that i had to hold on for what seemed an eternity listening to her nagging irritated me more!!! i ended putting the phone down after 20 min because that's just ridiculous!!!
