It is very frustrating that i keep getting the above captioned error message on drifta when i do not owe you a dime. I expect that you guys should be a position now where certain error messages should not be sent to your customers when you can see from your side that they do not owe you a dime.
Another very frustrating fact is that when you call in, you have to wait for over 10mins before someone decides to pick the call, how annoying can that be.
Can someone from your office clear the error message from my drifta and also ensure that i do not get such annoying and irritating message again!
Second time i am getting such annoying message today!
