I have been expecting a parcel which was posted from Pietermarizburg since the 25 March 2013 and has not reched me to date. Needless to say that the SAPO call centre is useless and their lines are not being answered. All you will get is a recorded voice claiming,? our call is important to us and that the agents are currently busy". I would like to found out what are they busy doing? I have been trying to get through for about 3 days with no joy. My parcel is stuck in Krugersdorp hub and the Krugersdorp office doesnt anwer their phones either. How useless can a post office be? This is way beyong useless. Ridiculous to say the least. Somebody please help us as customers. GEES!!!
