I have now been on hold on the post services client services call centre for 22 minutes and so far all I have got is "Thank you for your patience but all our agents are still busy", what I am trying to do is track a parcel that was posted in Port Elizabeth on the 13th March 2013, I would do it via the website but the one website just "times out" after 10 minutes and the other website errors immediately upon entering the tracking number, so I resorted to the call centre and I am still on hold. I have now reached the conclusion that I might as well hang up as I am sure that there are no agents to help me and that this recording will most likely outlast my lifetime on this planet.
Time to write off the parcel and this time use a courier service.
