TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN...

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE LINE FOR THE PAST THREE DAYS ON MONDAY WHEN I PHONED I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 45 MIN WITH THE VOICE IN MY EAR THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE ALL OUR AGENTS ARE STILL BUSY.

WHEN I PHONED ON TUESDAY I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 29 MINUTES THEN DISCONNECTED.

WHEN I PHONED TODAY I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 35 MINUTES THEN DISCONNECTED I THEN PHONED YOUR HEAD OFFICE IN CENTURION AND WAS GIVEN A NUMBER BY MERRY WHO SAID THAT I SHOULD PHONE WALTER WHO IS THE MANAGER AT THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE ON THE FOLLOWING NUMBER 012 401 7902 WHICH I AM STILL HOLDING ON FOR THE LAST 15 MINUTES AND I AM NOW RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE.

I WILL NOW BE FOLLOWING THIS LETTER TO THE BEELD THE CITIZEN PRETORIA NEWS AND LODGING A COMPLAINT ON HALLO PETER IF I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL FROM A MANAGER WITH IN THE CALL CENTRE WITH IN THE NEXT 15MINUTES THE TIME NOW BEING 09H13 ON WEDNESDAY 20 OF MARCH 2013.
