A package was mailed on the 5th and today is the 19th the parcel has not yet left the HUB, I have tried all the "contact us" numbers and have had to wait between 45 min and 2 hours with no results!!!

how is it possible that the national postal service can be so backwards??
it is not a free service we PAY for this none existing service, should there not be some form of customer care and follow-up?
