I dread having to phone the post office. This is the only number I am provided with when wanting to track my parcels. No matter what time I call I have to wait 10 - 15 minutes on the line until someone finally picks up the phone!!! It costs me a lot of time and money but no one is ever available. Out of the 4 times I have called only once did I get through. I end up waiting 20 minutes on hold and end up hanging up due to the lack of assistance. Every 7 seconds you hear, "Thank you for your patience, all our agents are still busy" BUSY DOING WHAT??? NOTHING?!?!?! Why do we get such terrible service from the Post Office Call Centre???
