I have a mtn contract with a samsung galaxy s3
i am trying to get it insured with mtn insurance
i spoke to a call centre agent and told him i need to add insurance on my contract, he said "please hold, you are going threw"
i have been on hold since for more than 1.5 hours, and no service at all, we would understand if you are busy but please you cannot make a customer hold on, at least keep in contact with client, and inform them, or rather tell them you would call them back!
listening to that mtn tune on repeat for over 100 times, it is very annoying!
i wonder if i will get any service by putting up this post, this level of service is disgusting!
bear in mind that while holding on, we as clients who use their phones for business purposes loose business being on a call and listening to that tune!
