Little to no assistance

When Junaid called me and asked me if I want to go to Canada he said " it is so easy, we help you find work, you will be there in no time at all" They have over promised and under delivered.
I paid my deposit to global visa on the 7 November 2012 my next payment being due in January 2013.
Till today I have still not received a corrected CV (as there were some things that needed to be corrected on the CV). Our CV (the one that is wrong) has been sent our to probably only 30 employers... more than half of them being companies that WANT a trade Certificate when Global Visas knows I don't have one!
I have sent so many emails to Nazipo requesting this info on the CV to be changed but I still have to get feedback regarding that.
I have now requested a refund from Nazipo as nothing is being done to assist us into Canada or assisting with sending a CORRECT CV out to Job openings.
They have now sent me a email saying if I don't pay the next payment in 7 days that they will be charging me intersted. PAY for what?? We have got no assistance. They just want your MONEY. Be warned do not use global visas...
