Manuals for Training was ordered earlier this week and half an hour before delivery I called Live wire to confirm that the delivery is on its way just to be told that they have no driver to deliver!!
If you know and promised to deliver the service how on earth is it that you have not planned to even call the client nor deliver the manuals.
Guys seriously this should be embarrassing for you, if you have no idea what service delivery is you should not be operating this business at all.
Two weeks ago another client cancelled their order because of the very same thing! The item was ordered and delivery was postponed four times because of bad planning and poor service.
Over the last four yours my experiences with Live wire has always been very bad. They over promise and under deliver and not once have they kept to their word or date of delivery. I keep thinking lets give them one more try but this was it! You lost another client. Good luck keeping the rest of your clients with this poor pathetic service!
