I signed a contract with Fitstop gym in Randfontein, first debit order went off no problem, the next month, the debit order went off in duplicate, after 3 weeks i eventually received a response from head office and they confirmed that they can see the error and will rectify it, i had supplied to them proof of bank statement to show same and for them to have my banking details to refund me, they took so long that the next month's debit order went off in duplicate again, i informed them that it went off in duplicate again, they requested proof again of my bank statement, i refused as they had already confirmed that they are aware of the problem and they can see the error on my account. they advised me that they will refund me the next day - 9th May 2013. Still waiting - highly irritated at the lack of service and unlawful debit order deductions.
