I am really upset with the lack of communication from cell c. A stop order on my account did not go throughm. Then they decide, without informing me to debit my account four more times during the month without informing me. I called their call centre to inform them I was on maternity leave, not earning a salary and would make a manual transfer. If they could please cancel the debit order. That did not happen. Now I owe the bank over 400 in debit order fees. I am supposed to pay for cell c's incompitence
