I called in January and reported that the debit order was deducting double, I spoke to Nokuthula who confirmed that the debit order was deducting double and she said she would rectify that and send a request for a refund, this month the debit order deducted once, however still no refund. I called the call centre again and spoke to a lady called Buhle, Buhle was adamant that the debit order has only been deducting once for all the months and said that I must fax my bank statement to prove that the debit order was deducting twice, It is such an inconvenience to have to go get bank statements, whilst the one person at the same call centre saw the error and the next person at the same call centre does not see the error, this is worrying, as I am now asking myself what will happen, should I need to claim? Will I be given the run around again? Maybe I should cancel, cause I am losing trust in this insurance
