Further to my previous complaint about Resolution Health, I'm adding another as nothing has yet been done. I've been contacted by n very friendly and helpful consultant after my previous complaint and I was assured that the membership has been cancelled and that that no more premium deductions will be made. I also received an apology for the deductions made in error and accepted the reason. I was told that it has been corrected and that no more debit orders will be deducted. But that didn't happen. A double premium has been deducted from my account after the conversation because I returned the previous month's debit order through the bank that was also deducted in error.
I have once again returned the debit order through the bank and once again incurred bank charges due to this.
I am wondering how long this will continue. Will I have to return the debit order every month forever?
