I HAVE EXISTING LOANS WITH KADET INVESTMENT'S, AT MONTH END THE WAS SOME MIX UP WITH MY DEBIT ORDERS, APPARENTLY A DEBIT ORDER THAT WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WAS & THEREFORE 1 OF MY DEBIT ORDERS DEFAULTED.THE ERROR WAS HOWEVER RECTIFIED WHEN I APPLIED 4 ANOTHER LOAN (WHAT THEY DID WAS DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT OF THE DEFAULT DEBIT ORDER FROM THE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN THAT I APPLIED FOR & PAID ME OUT THE DIFFERENCE.WHEN THE MONEY WAS PAID IN MY BANK ACC. THE DEFAULT DEBIT AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED, I CALLED THEIR HEAD OFFICE & WAS TOLD BY DONALD ANDERSON THAT THEIR HEAD OFFICE IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM & IT WOULD BE RECTIFIED, I WAITED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY & NO REFUND WAS DONE, I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, SPOKE TO DONALD AS WELL AS NORA & THEY PROMISED ME THAT IT WOULD BE DONE BY 17H00 THAT AFTERNOON, AGAIN NO JOY! THE NEXT DAY AGAIN I CALLED SPOKE TO ANDRE & HE ASSURED ME THAT THE REFUND WAS DONE (HE CONFIRMED WITH THEIR HEAD OFFICE, EVEN ASKED ME TO FAX MY BANK STATEMENT), I CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING & WAS TOLD BY DONALD THAT MY REFUND WOULD ONLY BE DONE TODAY (HOW SHOCKING) WHEN I ASKED WHAT TIME, HE COULDN'T ELABORATE?? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS, IM ACTUALLY DISGUSTED IN THEIR SERVICE?
