Guaranteed bad service strike or no strike

I went to the Pimville Post office to buy a Lotto ticket and when I got there the two ladies behind the counter were not helpful at all. Nomsa Radebe who was supposed to serve me was eating and she told me that she is on lunch and I should wait till her lunch time is over. I asked her if she was joking and she told me that she doesn't have time for jokes, then I turned to her colleague who told me that Lotto tickets don't form part of her description. When I told them that I'm going to report the incident but they couldn't care less instead Nomsa Radebe gladly gave me her full names.

The Pimville staff is very unprofessional and they somehow think that they doing customers a favour. There are many unemployed people who understand the concept of good customer service who would be happy to replace people such as Nomsa who don't have the love and passion to work in a customer service envirnment. I hope something will be done to improve the service at Pimville Post office as we the residence have had enough of the lazy and disrespectful staff.
