Unauthorised Debit orders taken from my Bank Accou

On the end of July a debit order went from my account R99.00. I made numerous phone calls and it took me over an hour to sort this out. The bank charges in reversing a debit order runs R15.00 per debit order plus it reflects bad on my name as it shows on the statement as "unpaid". I requested the voice recording from these people and clearly on the voice recording the consultant confirmed that there are no costs involved and never mentioned amounts or debit orders. So after the voice recording the "manager" confirmed that no more debit oders will be taken. This month (August) a debit order went off R400.00 from the same people. I had to call the bank again and pay more bank costs to get the order reversed. I called the company and spoke to Michelle Pillay and she said that she couldnt help me and that there was no one to help me. I cannot carry on like this, every month reversing debit oders and paying lots of phone costs and bank charges. Can Hello Peter please help me in reaching these people and get them to stop taking money from my account. I never even confirmed my banking details with them, so I am worried in where they got it from. Their contact details 0860022183
