Late, confused and incompetent!

My car went in for a routine 75 000 km service which I was told would take 3 -4 hours. I dropped the car off at 8 am and was taken by the driver to a nearby coffee shop to wait. At 12h30 I had no word from Autoworks and phoned them to be told that there was a problem was the right bush - nobody could explain to me what was, but that it would likely cost R 600 and the car would now be ready at 2 pm. I then received an email quoting R 1 800 for two bushes. I called and asked that the repair not be done as nobody seemed to know what was going on. I was then told that the car was being washed and would be ready by 230pm. At 3 pm I had to call again and was told that the wrong oil filter had been fitted and now the car would only be ready at 330 pm. I was angry since the whole service was supposed to take 4 hours max and after 7 hours they still hadnt fitted the oil filter, after telling me that the car just needed to be washed at 2pm. So much confusion! I had to call them every time, nobody updated me. The service book was not filled in and the steering column was not correctly in place either when I finally got to the car after 430pm. Poor service levels all round. Would not recommend
