Cant even fit a radio

I phoned CRS to have a radio I purchased fitted, I was given the price of R1500 and told it would take 2 hours... dropped the car off and 2 hours later went back to find they were still busy, 5 hours later I asked the owner Jamie why I was having such bad service with them taking 5 hours, the radio didnt even fit, I was just ignored, eventually after 6 hours I told them to just leave the radio paid the R1500 and left to have it fitted properly somewhere else.
Do not use this incompetent place, they obviously dont care about clients as a simple apology would of helped.
