Worst buying experience EVER

Traded my vehicle in for a fortuner, explained to them i needed the vehicle before the following evening as i had to go back to Durban, was told my the Manager that i must not worry the Fortuner is ready to go and has been serviced and valeted. Dropped my vehicle off so they could move my radio over to new vehicle. Was told to come back at 5 and the vehicle will be ready. i got there and had to wait for 2 hours, no one even offered my wife and i coffee. Got the vehicle and saw that it had not been cleaned and that there was a hole in the drivers seat, Willie my salesman said that he apologizes and that if he had more time he would have sorted all of this out. (Remember the car was ready to go) On the drive home the right front trimming around the wheel arch came lose as well as the bumber. The next day the rear view mirror fell off while i was driving. (and i thought automark would at least cheack their cars) i called willie and he said i can take it to a local dealer to get sorted out.2 weeks have gone by and 6 hours (time waiting at dealer) and 3 round trip (70km) later and still its not fixed. i had to pay to get mirror fitted again myself.
