DISASTER FRIDGE FILTER

I bought a very expensive LG fridge.
The internal water filter needs to be replaced every 6 months.
Apart from the fact that I am now paying R670 for each new filter, I can never get the filter out.

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ENDING UP NEEDING PHYSIO AFTER SPENDING HOURS AND HOURS TRYING TO REMOVE THE EXPIRED FRIDGE FILTERS.

The first time around, someone from LG had to come and change the fridge filter.

The next few times my husband, brother, daughter and myself all tried for hours to get the fridge filter out. It is now time to remove it again, and I have already hurt my wrist trying to get it out.

WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN EVERY TIME I NEED TO CHANGE THE FILTER.

IS IT A FAULT WITH THE FILTER SYSTEM???

What do I do now???

I have to empty half the fridge out each time and the food has to sit out of the fridge for hours while I try replace the filter.

I would like some kind of answers here, PLEASE!!!
