Very dissapointing service

Two weeks ago I bought a voucher on city slickers for a 40% discount on a major car service. I was very dissapointed with the service, at around 12h30 Gabriella called me to inform me that my car's thermostat housing was cracked and needed to be replaced, I agreed for this to be done. At around 15h30 she called again saying that the part was unavailable and that the workshop would only be able to return my car the following day. I explained that this was a real problem as I am a medical professional and need my car for work, she then said she would try to make a plan and would call me back within half an hour. At 16h30 I had still received no feedback. I tried to contact Autoworks Milnerton but nobody answered the phone. I arranged a lift to autoworks and arrived there at 16h50 and was told not to worry and that my car would be ready in 20 minutes - I paid for the service and repairs done, but feel that I should have at least gotten a extra discount for the stress and inconvenience caused due to your staff not communicating with me. I was also not allowed to inspect the thermostat housing myself to see that it really was neccessary to replace
