Today I dropped my disposable camera off at 9:45am, to get the pictures developed.
I was assured it would be ready in 2 hours; the staff took my name and cell number, and I paid for the work upfront.
Upon returning 3.5 hours later, I was told no, the scanner wasn't working so they hadnt been able to develop my photos.
I asked why they hadnt called me to tell me not to come back, and the lady in question said no she didnt operate the printing - rather this was man standing next to her who shrugged.
The store is very small, and it seems ridculous that the 2 couldnt communicate, and let me know befoe I came back fetch the pictures.
Who knows when they will now be ready.
Really, really bad service Kodak.
