My Hyandai Elantra went in for a service. A steering wheel replacement was booked for the same time. We went in personally to confirm that the parts where available and were told that three steering wheels were in stock. The vehicle went in for the service. Absolutely no feedback was received. We phoned twice to confirm when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. After three people assisted us we were informed that it would only be ready the next day. At the end of day two (again with no feedback from the service provider) we phoned and were told the car was ready for pickup. On receipt the customer service was rude, did not explain what was done to the vehicle and did not assist with getting the vehicle off the premises. The steering wheel had not been replaced, the car had not been washed. This is absolutely shocking service from an international service provider. The dealership has no interest in the individual and has mo concern in providing an acceptable service.
