I took my car in in December / January for a minor service and for a few issues I was having.
I have previously received good service from Autoworks but was very disappointed by the following on this latest visit :
1. The steering rack was replaced but an old bolt was used (which needed replacing once I got my car back)
2. My steering wheel was reattached upside down and my hooter no longer works
3. I requested that my battery water be checked (telephonically and via email) - my battery died over the weekend (9 Feb 2013) because there was no water in it
I also had difficultly finding out when / if my car was ready for collection and phoned on numerous occasions to get an update.
Overall I was not impressed and will not be taking my car back in future.
