I arrived home in to find the parcel which I have been expecting to be left by the Boom Gate with the security guards without my consent despite my House Number and contactable cell phone number clearly marked on the Shipping details.
I demand a disciplinary action to be taken with this delivery guy in question as well as a written apology from your company. We trust you with our goods - only to be handed to any one sitting on the streets! This is pathetic and ridiculous from such a huge and reputable company.
Shame on that delivery guy and I hope he never bring any parcel to my house in future!
