No delivery of urgent goods

Around 10h30 I got a call from the company trying to access my house to deliver a parcel. I gave direction for them to access flat via Security guys &that the helper is home as I'm at work. I learnt around 14h45 from security that the guy said he did not get response from my house. The helper on the other side says no one came in the house. In accepting responsibility that the helper did hear the knock I went to pick up the parcel. I arrived at Arame around 15h55. the delivery guy who was at my house around 10h00 in the morning has not back with my parcel. Wen they try to contact him he has left his phone and his radio connection they use is answered in Gauteng. I sensed that this is an irresponsible employee from the comments of the other personnel. I asked them to tell him to call me for arrangements to deliver the parcel as it was urgent hence the use of the courier. It is now 19h14' no parcel, no call from the delivery guy, no call from the receptionist or any one from the company to explain or make alternative arrangements when I have made effort to go pick up my urgent parcel. Thisis not the first incidence, last I was told delivery guy is on leave hence delay in delivery
