Lack of profeesionalism and passing of the buck

On the 27th round about pass 8pm i went to Greyhound deport in crown mine to fetch my girl friend as she was working late. when i arraived at the boom gate, 2 security guards opened an automated boom gate for me to drive through. while the gate was opening for me and slowly driving inside the premisses the security guards closed the gate, whereas my car's front wheels had already passed the gate border and the gate hit my car bumber and left a dent and gate paint (Blue paint) i emmediately stopped the car and got off the car and the sucurity guards came to the gate. i asked them what happened, why did the closed the gate as the gate is automated and should closed once it has opened fully wide? they claimed that the gate is faulty and got stucked. (that was rediculus for me as the gate is mainly used as an entrance & exit for bus, that means too many buses's would have gotten damage i said) and they looked at each other without showing any remorse and busy gigling. i asked to speak to the security incharge or manager they told me there one incharge and they refused to provide their names. my car is now damaged to to teh neglegence of 2 incompetent securities. i claim compensation
