On the 24th August I posted an item at the SA Post Office via Speed Services Couriers, the parcel included a Samsung Galaxy 4. The expected delivery for the parcel was 27th August since it was a weekend. Receiver (mum) went to collect the parcel and was told that the parcel has not yet arrived. On the second day still the parcel had not arrived. After 7 days, I called the Post Office to track the parcel was directed to their Speed Services Couriers Call Centre number. The agent did not even have time to assist she just put through Durban Post Office were I was informed that the parcel has been violated the parcel is empty and under investigation. I was referred to a person who is investigating the issue who i cannot get of over the phone, I have left messages with no callback. Till now no one has bothered to call me to tell me whats going on. I am calling left right and centre and referred to people to and back. This is a case, am left with no choice but to press charges against the SA Post Office.
