Still waiting on delivery a week late

I ordered a product on Groupon for my nieces birthday this last Friday. I placed the original order with Groupon on the 6th December, to allow for the parcel to get to me in time. I waited through December but heard nothing. I then mailed Groupon on the 10th of January to ask what was going on with my order. They promptly relied and said that the order had been collected by CourierIT and gave be the waybill number. I looked on the tracking online to find the parcel was being held due to December delivery while I was not at work. There was a note that a voicemail was left, but I received no call at all.

I then mailed CourierIT on 10th January to find out what was going on, I was mailed back by Julia Andrews saying that my parcel would be rescheduled for the 13th. I was happy with thaqt as it would have been in time for me to fly on Wednesday evening. I then mailed again on the 15th to say I was disappointed as I needed to now get a replacement gift. I was told that it would be delivered on the 16th or I could collect it on the way to the airport, not possible as I had a cab take me.

Needless to say it is now the 20th and still no parcel.

Truly pathetic service.
