I recently ordered 2 craft books from Kalahari. A delivery date was given with a tracking number and I organised for someone to be available at home to receive the parcel. She phoned them and was told the parcel was on it's way and on the tracking system it claimed the parcel had left at 9:50am. This was on 24th Jan. The parcel never arrived.
I immediately emailed to change the delivery to go to the post office as I could not expect anyone to waste more time waiting for a parcel that may or may not arrive. On getting home the 27th Jan there was a note in the box saying the courier had been and left a phone number. On calling the number the driver said he had only been given the parcel that morning!
I finally got the parcel and realised that the one book was almost exactly the same as a previous book I had bought from Kalahari. So I went onto the order site and filled in the form to return the book. I have since emailed twice and am still waiting for a response.
