I order a product from [URL Removed] They organised Fastway Couriers to deliver my parcel. After there was no delivery I phoned to see why there was no delivery. They said the security gate could not get hold of me. I had left specific instructions for them to use when they got to the gate, but they ignored those.
After they assured me they would deliver it the next day, they did not send it out. I contacted them and they expect me to collect it from them?!?!? That's ridiculous! What kind of courier company expects you to collect from them?
Now they want to return it to the sender, which will just delay the time it takes for me to receive my parcel.
