Today I contacted Groupon in connection with an expected delivery within 4 weeks that did not happen. They appointed CourierIT who claimed they could not find me to do the delivery since 14 March. This is totally incorrect because nobody phoned me to facilitate delivery. I had to fetch the parcel in person this morning from their premises which was not the arrangement. Last week exactly the same situation was expereinced with a parcel from the Wiseshop. Again they claimed difficulty to deliver but no call to facilitate delivery was received. In Feb this year in another Groupon parcel the same claims were made with no call to me to facilitate delivery. I again fetced the parcel in person from their premises. Why use a courier company if they deliver such horrific service? I am also hesitant to buy anything online from Groupon or any other company making use of services rendered by CourierIT. They do not adhere to their company logo and moto.
