Arrived at Post Office and waiting in the line to collect a parcel.
Arrive at the counter Mrs Sepaiti was suppose to help but a friend, was also standing at the country and they were talking.
I asked for assistance to receive a parcel and was told that there is no electricity and I must come back.
I asked if she could not just check the parcels and she mentioned that she cannot go through the parcels.
i turned around and noticed that another employee - mr Schalk Raats - was available and asked if he could help. Within 30 seconds he found the parcel.
The question now is why couldn't mrs Sepaiti do and effort or
a) is she just another employee waiting for payday and could not care less
b) was she to busy chatting and couldn't care a bit
c) no electricity and no interest.
