Package still in transit to wrong destination

My tracking number is II286831326ZA. My package was supposed to arrive in Johannesburg and be taken to Durban then to Pietermaritzburg.
When I check the tracking records, my package was taken from Johannesburg to Cape Town. And it has been in transit for over 5 days. I was supposed to receive this package before Christmas. My supplier has not been paid since I have not confirmed the delivery, and I cannot get the refund, and my client has been waiting for weeks for a process that was supposed to take 7 days. What must I do to get my delivery. I tried calling, they agent said they don't know when i will get it.
