Hi,
I have been expecting a package from cape town for 8 days now, it arrived at germiston 5 days ago, and has been going back and forth between germiston and witspos for 5 days now!!
When i called them on Thursday and Friday, to find out where my package is and whats happening with it, they couldnt even find its record. I wanted to pick it up myself at one of the branches, but was very rudely said, that its a hub and i cannot do that. I will be very upset if my package gets lost, if it has not been already, i will fetch the package at a branch, if i can get a hold of them over the phone, as they almost never answer.
