I was supposed to receive a package around last week Thursday or Friday, and I still have not received anything.
I do not have a tracking number and the sender has lost her receipts.
The friendly staff at Postnet Durban North, KZN Regional office as well as Head office, are unable to assist me at all without a tracking number.
Would it be possible to either retrieve my tracking number or query the status of the package using my ID number or the destination address? I have done this before with fedex and it was not a big problem.
