I have ordered 2 packages from Hot Hair extensions in Carletonville. The first package they posted 28 November 2013 to Kollonade Post Office and still isn't there. I went there 3 times now and they are pulling up there shoulders and say they don't know where it is and they can't help me. I even called Carletonville Post office and they say it is not with them either. So someone between Carletonville and Kollonade Pretoria is.
The second package was sent 5 December 2013. I have received the package but it was open and one of the products, supposed to be in the package was gone.
I spend over R2000.00 on this and have nothing to show and everybody is pulling up there shoulders???
What then is the point of the tracking number?? Is it not there to track the package being posted?
Am I supposed to write off R2000??? While the post office is using the product I paid for??
This is totally corruption!!!
