I have now waited almost two weeks to receive a package here in Johannesburg sent from Cape Town. At first the package was stuck at the Cape Mail sorting hub since 13/03/2013. I made a complaint here on and SA Post Office Customer Care was kind enough to respond as soon as possible.
Customer care told me that my package is at Witpos and that the package should be at the Cresta post office by Saturday, the 23rd of March. I went to the post office on Saturday and on Monday the 25th of March and my package has still not been delivered.
I really don't care about the delay in delivering a service I have already paid for. All i want is to get my package. Could someone at WITPOS just forward my package to Cresta Post Office as soon as possible?
