I ordered a package with a supplier of Nutritional Supplements, I made an EFT payment on the the 3rd of September 2013. They confirmed that the order was processed and dispatched on the same day to the Post Office in Eden Glen for delivery counter to counter. The package took 3 days to get to Witspos and now it has not moved since then.
This is truly unacceptable service, usual delivery time is 3 working days as i have used this service before.
I mean how long is this going to take? Its been MORE THAN 5 DAYS NOW.
This is a very important package with the tracking number PE802065417.
I would like some immediate feedback on this, because this is truly not on.
